bicolor plumcake
🥄 INGREDIENTS
- 250g plain flour
- 30g dark cocoa powder
- 70g seeds oil
- 16g vanilla baking powder
- 150g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 120g soy milk
- lemon or orange zest
- raisins
🥄 OVEN
preheated at 180°C
🥄 STEPS
Mix eggs, sugar, citrus zest to a bowl and whisk everything. As you keep whisking, add oil, milk and sifted flour and baking powder.
Divide the mix into two bowls, and add the cocoa powder to one of them, sifting it too.
Pour part of the light mix into a plumcake mold with wax paper, and then with a spoon add the dark mix, alternating the two of them as you prefer aesthetically.
Add the raisins on top, then bake for 35 minutes or until done in an oven at 180°C.
Let
it cool before unmolding it.
