feta, bell peppers & spinach quiche

🥄 INGREDIENTS

  • 19 spoonfuls of plain flour
  • 6 spoonfuls of cornmeal
  • 16g of baking powder
  • 1 spoonful of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 white yoghurt cup
  • 70ml seed oil
  • 4 frozen spinach cubes
  • half a block of feta
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • water as needed
  • sesame & poppy seeds

🥄 OVEN

preheated at 170°C

🥄 STEPS

Defrost the spinach, and squeeze all the water out of it. Cut the bell pepper partly into slices (for decoration), and partly into cubes, to add to the mix.

Mix together all the remaining ingredients in a large bowl, then add the vegetables. The consistency should be the same as not yet baked sponge cake.

Put parchment paper in whatever mold you desire, pour the mix in and cover it with sesame seeds, poppy seeds and some of the slices of bell pepper you saved for decoration. Bake for 40 minutes at 170°C.
